Benjamin Samuel Hern, 15, of Polk City, Florida passed away March 19, 2024, from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy at home to be with Jesus Christ. He was born on November 3, 2008, in Lakeland, Florida to parents Harold and Ramona Hern.

Ben was loved by his friends and family. He loved God, and spending time with his friends and family. Ben also loved travelling, camping, and the outdoors.

Ben is survived by his parents Harold Henry Hern Jr. and Ramona Hern Polk City, FL., brother Dustin Hern and sister Britney Hern, nieces Isabella and Sophie.

He was preceded in death by his brother Joseph Hern.

The family will receive friends at Kersey Funeral Home on Thursday, March 28, 2024, from 10:00AM - 11:00AM.

Funeral services will be at 11:00AM on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Kersey Funeral Home with Harold Hern Jr. officiating. Interment will be at Auburndale Memorial Park.
